1. Scope

This Policy applies to Multies applications and related pages that link to it. It does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services that have their own privacy policies.

Future Multies applications may also refer to this Policy. Where an application processes information differently, we will provide additional app-specific information.

3. Information You Provide

UniCalc does not ask you to create an account or directly submit profile information. If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include. We use this information to respond, provide support, protect the Services, and maintain records of the communication.

4. Information Stored Locally

UniCalc may store settings, preferences, calculation history, saved items, and similar app data locally on your device using Android storage technologies such as Room and DataStore. This local information is used to provide app functions and is not uploaded by Multies to a Multies account or cloud service.

You can generally remove local app data by using in-app controls where available, clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling or clearing storage may permanently delete locally stored information.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Processing

UniCalc uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, native, interstitial, and app-open advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app interactions, diagnostic information, and ad interaction data. The exact processing depends on your device, region, consent choices, Google settings, and the ad served.

This information may be used by Google and its partners to provide, limit, personalize, measure, secure, and improve advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Multies does not receive your name, email address, or a user account from AdMob merely because an advertisement is displayed.

6. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, UniCalc uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, record, and communicate privacy choices for advertising. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be offered options concerning personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, limited ads, or other data processing.

When required by the message shown in the app, a privacy-options entry point may be available so you can review or change your choices. Changing a choice does not necessarily stop all advertising or all processing required for security, fraud prevention, technical delivery, or legal compliance.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Services, particularly Google in connection with advertising and consent management. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, transfers are supported by legally recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. Please review Google’s privacy documentation for more information about its processing and transfer practices.

10. Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the Services, or meet legal obligations. Third parties determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies and settings.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request concerning information controlled by Multies, email admin@multies.net. We may need to verify your request. For information controlled directly by Google or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls.

13. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly request children to create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can assess and address the matter.

14. Third-Party Links

The Services or advertisements may link to third-party content. Multies is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, or security. Review the relevant third party’s policies before providing information.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our Services, technology, providers, or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
