2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to Multies applications and related websites that link to them, including UniCalc – Universal Calculator for Android (com.multies.unicalc). App-specific store descriptions or notices may supplement these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, Multies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on compatible devices for lawful personal purposes. The application is licensed, not sold.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the Services unlawfully or to harm others;
• reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, or interfere with security or technical protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission;
• introduce malware, automate abusive requests, disrupt operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
• remove ownership notices or misrepresent your relationship with Multies.

6. Calculator Results and Disclaimer

UniCalc provides calculation tools for general informational and convenience purposes. Results may be affected by input errors, rounding, device limitations, software defects, formulas, assumptions, units, or interpretation. You are responsible for reviewing inputs and independently verifying results before relying on them.

The Services are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, engineering, legal, tax, accounting, scientific, or other expert advice. Do not use a result as the sole basis for a safety-critical, high-risk, regulated, or consequential decision.

7. Advertising

Free Services may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other disclosed providers. Advertising content is selected and delivered by third parties. Multies does not endorse every advertised product or service and is not responsible for third-party offers, transactions, websites, or claims. Your interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy. Where required, advertising or related processing will depend on privacy choices presented to you.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, branding, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Multies and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on or link to third-party platforms, advertising services, operating systems, stores, or websites. Their terms and policies govern your use of those services. Availability or functionality may be affected by third-party changes beyond our control.

11. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, compliance, or functionality. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or work on every device.

12. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or business arising from use of or inability to use the Services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where applicable.

14. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not impose liability on consumers beyond what applicable law allows.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Courts will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. Before initiating formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or law. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated notices form the agreement concerning the Services.
